Services include case review, report writing, deposition and trial testimony, and consultation calls, each tailored to meet the unique needs of your case. I offer an initial retainer fee to secure services, with transparent hourly rates for in-depth analysis and testimony preparation.
Initial Case Review and Analysis
$175.00/hour
Includes initial case evaluation, ongoing case analysis, and consultation.
Deposition and Court Testimony
$250.00/hour-$350.00/hour (4-hour minimum)
Includes time spent preparing for and participating in deposition and in-person testimony.
Preparation of Written Reports and Affidavits
$175.00/hour-$275.00/hour
Includes initial report preparation and affidavit preparation. This also covers revisions.
